Bio

 

Blake King is a 20 plus year resident of the south east valley and has lived in Gilbert for the past 15 years. Originally from Minnesota, Blake grew up in a suburb of Minneapolis where he excelled in athletics. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State university where he was a partial scholarship athlete and graduated with a general study 4-year degree with emphasis in Criminal Justice and traffic safety.

 

Blake moved to Arizona in 2003 to pursue his dream of serving in law enforcement where he started as a police officer with the Chandler Police Department. During this first 5 years of his law enforcement career, he was awarded several awards to include the Medal of Honor, Life Saving and the Meritorious Service.

 

In 2009 he promoted and moved over to the Pinal County Sheriffs Office where he has supervised numerous units to include, Civil, K9, Traffic and Patrol. Blake is a 2012 graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2017 with a Masters Degree in Administrative Leadership.

 

Blake is active in his church and devotes a great deal of his time to his wife of 15 years and his 5 daughters. Blake is a devout Catholic and is an active fighter for people’s constitutional rights. Blake is pro-life, pro school choice and very much believes in the constitutional protections afforded by the greatest country in the world.
